PROFESSIONAL ALL-IN-ONE DJ SYSTEM This new professional all-in-one DJ system gives you full control over the music, as if you were a conductor. It creates harmony between sophisticated design and playability, and includes new and evolved features such as 4-deck standalone playback. All of this combines to provide a spectacular DJ experience that you can use to inspire your audience wherever you are. The OPUS-QUAD presents a completely new approach to DJ equipment that harmonizes design and playability. A higher level of elegance in musical direction and more space to diffuse music help create a special experience for your audience. The OPUS-QUAD offers 4-deck standalone playback for versatile DJ performances. This means you can play 4 tracks on 4 different decks simultaneously, cue up tracks in advance, or even leave a deck free to insert requests into your set at any moment – all with a single unit. You can also assign a different color to each deck, which matches the jog wheel ring lighting, so you always know which deck you are playing with. How do you prefer to play music? From USB thumb drives or huge SSD units? By plugging in your PC/Mac running DJ software, connecting via Wi-Fi to play tracks wirelessly from your smartphone (coming April 2023), or using rekordbox CloudDirectPlay? With a single OPUS-QUAD, you can draw from different music libraries; you can even pair a mobile device via Bluetooth/MD wireless technology – perfect if you want to quickly insert a request into your set. Find your tracks faster and more accurately than ever thanks to the newly designed user interface with an electrostatic touch module. Regardless of the size of your music library, you can use the 10.1" touch screen to search for tracks quickly via the keyboard or use the Playlist Bank to navigate through playlists easily. With Touch Preview, you can even preview tracks while browsing. The new Smart Rotary Selector provides a joystick-like experience: you can move it left/right, up/down, rotate it, and press it. Other navigation controls are neatly arranged around the selector, allowing you to browse your music collection, preview, and load tracks without moving your hand. Music control is handled by a sleek deck layout, which includes a deck display and 8 Hot Cue buttons above each full-size jog wheel. With this layout, you won't need to look away while manipulating tracks or checking information on a song, parameters, or the status of each function. Plus, with the new Smart Cue feature, you can automatically overwrite the current cue position with recalled Hot Cues. This allows you to use Hot Cues much faster and more intuitively than ever before: all it takes is one touch. Designed to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse DJ scene, the OPUS-QUAD produces high-quality sound that is comfortable to listen to for long periods of time in any type of environment. The unit's configuration eliminates transmission and AD-DA conversion losses and features a high-quality 32-bit D/A converter from ESS Technology. As a result, wherever you perform with the OPUS-QUAD, the entire room will be gently enveloped in pleasant sound for an enhanced spatial experience. The OPUS-QUAD's evolved effects allow you to easily add depth and tension to your music, letting you excite the audience and personalize your sound with Beat FX. The XY-Pad makes it easy to control functions such as FX Bank and channel selection, as Beat FX parameters and the filter cut-off frequency are controlled by movement on the X and Y axes respectively, allowing you to blend both effects with a single finger. With the popular Smooth Echo feature, you can easily trigger an echo by moving a fader or knob that you have pre-configured to apply the effect when engaged. Each channel also features Sound Color FX, providing even greater possibilities to create different sounds to wow your audience. Thanks to Zone Output, which can output sound separate from the master, you can play different music in different rooms with just one OPUS-QUAD. For example, you can connect a phone to the unit via Bluetooth and set a playlist to play in the background at a low volume in a bar area or a second room where people are socializing, while you mix tracks from a USB device in the main room. The OPUS-QUAD includes plug-and-play compatibility for Performance mode in rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro (coming summer 2023). To get started, you just need to connect your PC/Mac to either application, with no need for licenses or subscriptions. If you use rekordbox, you can also connect to the rekordbox mobile application for iOS/Android (coming April 2023).
