The XPRS2 series combines the versatility and mobility of the original XPRS series with elevated sound performance and audio intelligibility to deliver a high-level speaker system for mobile DJs, live sound, houses of worship, rental, and fixed installations.
The XPRS2 series features high-output Class D amplification for a powerful and premium audio experience for both performers and listeners. The XPRS82 and XPRS152 full-range speakers feature 2000W Class D amplification, while the XPRS1152ST and XPRS1182ST subwoofers offer 4000W Class D amplification.
Pioneer DJ's new XPRS2 series features a sleek black protective plywood cabinet, ensuring great performance in demanding indoor and outdoor environments. All models in the series come with a durable handle that makes it easy to move and transport the system during setup and teardown. The XPRS2 series also features rubber feet to create separation and absorb shock from other surfaces. Both full-range XPRS2 speakers contain four different DSP preset modes: Live, Music, Speech, and Studio Monitoring, to meet the needs of different listening environments.
In addition to the four presets, each full-range XPRS2 speaker includes 16 customizable user DSP modes (which can be saved with different names) to ensure optimized EQ settings for any scenario. The XPRS82 features a 15" woofer and 3" voice coil with a 1" exit compression driver and a 1.75" voice coil for excellent audio performance. With a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 133dB and a frequency response of 45Hz - 20kHz, the XPRS82 is designed to ensure the most accurate reproduction possible of all audio, be it music or speech.
