5.25" 60W STUDIO MONITOR
The active VM-50 model produces clear audio with vigorous bass and fast attack. The speaker can be tuned to suit the characteristics of any room, making it perfect for recreating a club sound when DJing or providing a flat frequency response when producing music in a home or professional studio setting.
Every speaker in the VM series features a Class D amplifier with 96kHz sampling DSP to allow for wide-bandwidth audio reproduction. Its highly efficient performance results in low distortion and high-energy sound. The rigid 4mm-thick aluminum front baffle further eliminates resonance and vibrations, delivering sound that is faithful to the original source.
The aramid fiber woofer cones offer exceptional power that you can feel in the low-mid frequencies. These newly developed cones are 30% lighter than traditional paper-lined aramid cones, making them stronger with a deeper sound.
To help you fine-tune the output and find the perfect sound for the environment you work in, each speaker includes DSP settings. There are 2 knobs on the rear panel: Low EQ and High EQ. Without even looking, you can click the knobs into 4 different positions each and benefit from 16 easy-to-activate EQ presets. Choose the one that sounds best to you for DJing or music production at home or in the studio.
