| The Larry Carlton X1 is the entry-level model in Sire's X series, designed to offer guitarists a modern, versatile, and immediate experience without compromising on the build quality and playing comfort typical of Sire. The Indonesian mahogany body produces a warm, balanced tone with rich sustain, while the C-profile maple neck ensures a soft and natural feel, as well as smooth response along the entire 25.5" scale. The rosewood fingerboard with rounded Edgeless edges further improves comfort, making every position change pleasant and effectively facilitating even the most dynamic performances. The 14" radius and medium-jumbo frets allow you to tackle chords, fast phrasing, and bends with ease. The set of Sire Basic Humbucker pickups offers a remarkably powerful and defined sound, ideal for enhancing rock, hard rock, and blues tones, while the push/pull tone control allows you to activate coil-splitting for brighter and more versatile single-coil style tones. The two-pivot tremolo bridge ensures smooth action, excellent tuning stability, and optimal vibration transmission, completing an instrument designed to accompany the musician through their development and initial professional experiences. |
