The Marcus Miller V3-5 New Gen represents the evolution of one of the most popular models in the Sire range, updated with a series of improvements that significantly enhance its comfort, tone, and build quality. While maintaining the philosophy of accessibility that led to the success of the V3 series, this New Gen model introduces features derived from higher-end models, offering an even more complete playing experience. The mahogany body produces an extraordinarily warm and balanced tone, rich in midrange presence, while the Canadian maple neck gives the instrument an elegant look and a particularly pleasant feel during every performance. The rosewood fretboard with Edgeless technology improves comfort thanks to its rounded edges, promoting extremely smooth playability along the entire length of the instrument. The new Marcus Standard J-Revolution pickup set with Alnico magnets offers a more musical and dynamic response compared to previous versions with ceramic magnets, ensuring a vintage-inspired sound with defined lows, warm mids, and softer, more natural highs. The Sire Standard 2-band preamplifier has been simplified to allow for quick and intuitive adjustments, while maintaining the ability to switch between active and passive modes via the integrated push/pull control. Thanks to the bridge with string-through-body capability, chrome hardware, and various available finishes, the V3-5 New Gen offers professional performance and remarkable sonic versatility, making it ideal for any musical genre and playing context.
