In 2022, we created an updated version of the Golden Plexi that boasts a tightened and improved gain structure for a more focused sound with enhanced dynamics!
Based on feedback, the Golden Plexi 2 has been very popular, but there are still many people asking for the Golden Plexi and hoping it comes back. We realize that we shouldn't let anyone who loves the Golden Plexi miss out on this amazing MINI pedal wonder.
So, it’s back! In this new 2025 version, an added toggle switch allows users to switch the tone between the Golden Plexi and Golden Plexi 2.
This version has also optimized the high frequencies in the TONE control, making it very quiet.
While there are only four controls on this mini pedal, we have incorporated all the essentials. The volume control acts as you would normally expect, with the tone and gain controls having a wider range than anticipated. Delivering everything from a sweet crunch to crushing high-gain, this versatile pedal lets you attain fantastic tones suitable for blues, rock, and metal.
The sensitivity of the tone control means that you can run this pedal into the clean channel of nearly any amplifier and get the classic plexi sound you are craving. Keep the control low for a smooth lead tone, or crank it higher for a more cutting sound that will pierce through nicely in a mix.
